I think that the book has more suspense then I thought there would be. I like that Kit trusts Hannah and will seize every opportunity to find Hannah a new friend. I wonder if even more people will see Hannah for who she really is as we read more. I think I would change the fact that Matthew has no sons to help him in the field, because we would get to see Matthew's original personality.
I sort of like the book in a way. Before I read the back of te cover I thought it was about a Witch. I wonder when or if Kit's friends will find out about the visits to Hannah Tupper? One thing I would change is that I would make the book more action packed or suspencefull. I prefer more of the ones like that.
I didn't really expect something different from this book but I didn't know what to expect. I was expecting more witch related things and that she lived on a lake or something. I really like how Kit is not afraid to do things that sometimes might be a risk so you could say she isn't afraid to try new things. I don't really wonder anything because I think the book is going along very well. I wouldn't change anything in this story.
I think it was going to be more like witch craft.... and more crazy with witch things. I like how the author put a girl in a world no like her own........ but i would change and tell i little bit more about her past life.
i thought kit was going to fit in well in conneticut,i like that kit doesn't give up even if it's really tough in conneticut,i wonder if the guy that guy that wanted to marry kit is thinking about her,i would put more old fashion words for you can get a better idea
this book is different than I thought because you would of never guessed a 16 year old (royalist) would end up in Wethersfield. I like the fact that there is a little bit of suspicion going on I truly do not know what yet, but I think there is. I wonder what will happen at the end will Kit marry John, William, or Nat. I think at the end of the book Kit will marry Nat, too. I would change the caracter Good Wife Cruff because I don't like her at all.
The book was different than I thought because the title "The Witch of Blackbird Pond" sound like it would be like a mystery. Like the witch would do all these bad things or something. I like that I never know what crazy things Kit will get into and how she will solve them. I don't know what I would change about this book. Since it has a story line I couldn't really picture the book anything else.
The book is different because it has gotten a lot more exciting and better written than I thought. I like the way the author describes and makes things fun to read. I wonder if Kit will marry William or not. I wouldn't change anything in this story because it already has a lot of detail and descriptions. The author introduces many characters without confusing you too much.
The book is a little different than I thought because I thouht they were going to go straight into the whole "Kit is a witch" thing. I like how the book leads you on different pathes but then you realize you're on the same road. I wonder why they added Prudence's dad in there if he's not going to do something-yet. I would change Kit teaching Prudence in the meadow to Kit teaching Prudence in her house because if Mathew Wood found out, it would add a little tension to the book.

I also thought that Kit woudld marry William Ashby because she always is thinking and talking about the good things that would change if she married him. I like the the way Hammah talks ,speeks and acts around Kit and Nat. I like the way she does that because it shows what a nice person she really is. I wonder if William is going to turn down his offer to Kit, and I also wonder if Kit is going to change the way she feels around Hannah. I would change the way people think about Hannah because she wouldn't be accused of being a witch.

Will the Puritians find out about Kit's relationship with Hannah? And if they do, how? I like how you never know what Kit will do next. She is a very unpredictable character, don't you think? It is very hard to think of something I would change, but if I wrote this, I would probably not put so much romance through-out the whole book!
I thought the book would be like this movie I saw where the main girl visits this blind witch but it's not like that at all. So far the books been okay and there's nothing I really would change. I liked the way the author wrote that Kit got fired from the Dame school. It really made a twist in the book. One way I would change it is make more twists in the book like when she got fired from the school.
